about me

Ministry has been a big part of my life for more than 20 years. I've led worship, creative, and tech teams at churches from 100 to 5,000 across Florida and Tennessee — growing from worship leader to my current role as Executive Pastor of Creative Arts.

But I've also lived the parts of ministry nobody talks about from the stage. I've been let go. I've served under leadership that wounded instead of built. I've stepped away and found my way home again. Those seasons are the reason I coach today.

Home is the Tampa area, where my wife Lanissa and I serve at our local church and are soaking up every moment with our daughter, Elianna.
